Living Abundantly, Inc. is a faith-rooted wellness and coaching organization offering Spiritual Life Coaching, Professional Life Coaching, Personal Financial Mentoring, and Personal Ministering services. Our services are delivered primarily online unless otherwise arranged.

2. Services

All services are provided as described on our website and in the program agreements established at the time of enrollment. We reserve the right to modify program offerings, formats, and pricing with reasonable notice.

Coaching and mentoring services are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, medical advice, financial advising, or legal counsel.

3. Bookings and Sessions

Introductory Session

The 60-minute Intro Session is available to individuals and couples to explore our services, clarify goals, and determine next steps. Availability of this session and its pricing are subject to the current terms at the time of booking.

Regular Sessions

Enrolled clients receive three sessions per month. Sessions are typically held virtually (online or by phone) unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may count as a used session at our discretion.

4. Billing and Payment

Programs are billed monthly. An invoice or receipt is provided upon payment.
Accepted payment methods include certified checks, money orders, Visa, and Mastercard.
Specific billing dates are confirmed at the time of enrollment.

5. Refund and Guarantee Policy

Eligible programs include a 30-day money-back guarantee as stated in the program description. Guarantee conditions are specified in your program agreement. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from coaching or mentoring, as results depend on individual effort, commitment, and circumstances beyond our control.

6. Commitment Periods

Some programs offer flexible commitment options of 6, 9, or 12 months. Clients who choose a multi-month commitment are bound to the payment schedule outlined in their agreement. Early termination terms are specified per program.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, session materials, and recordings — is the property of Living Abundantly, Inc. or its affiliated organizations and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information shared in coaching sessions with discretion. Clients are likewise expected to treat session content and any shared proprietary materials as confidential. Exceptions apply where disclosure is required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Living Abundantly, Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability in any matter related to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Newport News, Virginia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date above. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
